PO Box 291 Poway CA 92074 NCSFA stands
for education--education of its members and its scholarship winners. We
are a not-for-profit group dedicated to the furtherance of fine art in
our communities. We meet on the second Thursday of the month at Bernardo
Heights Community Center, 16150 Bernardo Heights Parkway; entrance off Avenida Venuto, in Rancho Bernardo 92128. Once a year, we host a Scholarship Tea for the community from which we derive much of the resources we use for the scholarships we award. These are given at the end of school semester to graduating students, chosen for their expertise in art, consisting of funds sent to the college of their choice for needed supplies in their freshman year. About once a year we present a juried invitational art exhibit.
