Come to the RB Library's art party! See the art of our scholarship winners and bring your own painting to display. Here's a chance to see one another's work and mingle with the community. If you have easels please bring them.

This event is free. The Rancho Bernardo Friends of the Library is generously hosting the reception.
The NCSFA will provide the art and set up the art show.

This event is being held by the library in appreciation for all of the local artists who have shared their personal art work at the Rancho Bernardo Library, celebrating local art and our scholarship artists. you, as artists, are responsible for taking your art home with you when you leave. You may bring another NCSFA artists's artwork as long as they have entrusted you to be responsible for taking it back with you.

You may also bring a piece for our "Miniature Table", such as slates from our workshops.

Mini concert: Vocalist, Emily Peterson, first place winner of southern California's Classical Singer competition, and ranked third, nationally, for the American Prize Schorr Award, and numerous local awards, will sing at the event, accompanied by Anna Dunford on the piano.
Emily studied voice privately while growing up in San Diego, then won a music scholarship to University Southern California to study vocal performance. She is a lyric soprano with a 5+ octave range, and has sung in many venues, including the Disney Concert Hall and Carnegie Hall. She currently sings in two choirs in Los Angeles. She enjoys singing a variety of styles, from classical to Brazilian jazz.
Anna's love of music began at age three when she started the violin. She soon began to focus on the piano and her enjoyment of that instrument led her to study piano performance at the university level. In college she had many opportunities to collaborate with other musicians and discovered that she most enjoys playing for vocalists. She now takes every opportunity to perform in that capacity. Anna will be leaving San Diego in April to serve an 18-month LDS mission in Toronto, Canada.

REGISTER BELOW: Please Sign up below. It is more important to know if you are participating than what your piece is. Artists will fill out labels at entry. Only NCSFA members and other artists who have displayed their work at the RB Library and our scholarship winners are asked to exhibit.
