CLAY ARTISTS AT THE VINEYARD offer Ceramic Classes: Mondays from 6-8:30--handbuilding; Tuesdays 6-8:30pm--wheel throwing; Wednesdays from 1-3:30pm--hand building and wheel-throwing; or by special arrangement. Cost for 6 week session: $150 plus material fee of $25....which includes clay, firing, and glazes. Classes are on-going. NCSFA's own Jean Fleschler of the North County Potters Association has opened this studio space at the Bernardo Winery, 13330 Paseo Del Verano in Rancho Bernardo. NCSFA member Shant Beudjekian is also part of this group of clay enthusiasts, creating a pleasant co-op environment for those who like to work in clay. Studio memberships are available. With nationally-known instructors such as Keiko Tanabe, John Salminen, Ted Nuttall, Mel Stabin, and Joe Garcia, in a variety of watermedia including watercolor, acrylic, gouche and collage, there’s a fun-filled educational art experience for everyone!
