NCSFA MEMBERSHIP SMALL IMAGE EXHIBITION

​This exhibition is an opportunity for all active
members of the NCSFA. If you are not a current member, you
may join or renew for $40.00 in order to participate. Only
ORIGINAL works are eligible. No digital, AI, prints, or other
manipulated images are acceptable. Previous NCSFA award
winning artwork is excluded.

Artwork must be smaller than 15”on any side,INCLUDING the frame.

3-D work must also be smallscale. Presentation is important

to jurors; your work must be intact and secure to be displayed. Direct any

No sawtooth hangers. Please see photos and directions on
framing on our website..

SIZE REQUIREMENTS: Art work must be smaller than 15” on any side.

Please INCLUDE the frame in this measurement.

FRAMING: No sawtooth hangers. Photos and directions on proper framing techniques
may be viewed on our website, NCSFA.org. Look under Shows and Opportunities.

JUROR: TBD

AWARDS: 1st, $150.00; 2nd, $125.00; 3rd, $100.00.

Honorable Mention Awards will be announced at the reception and artists recognized on our website.

ENTRY FEES: $30.00 for one entry; $5.00 for each additional up to 4 submissions. 

 Entry fees must be paid by the online deadline of September 1. Submit your fees and entries

online only at: NCSFA.org. Entry fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS: Respond on NCSFA.org with your name, title of each piece,
size, medium and price. NO photos are necessary because each

member entry that meets the criteria will be accepted.

SALES: EAP charges 20% commission on all sales during or as a result of the exhibit.

Sales are handled by the EAP staff; you will receive your portion from

them (usually at end of month). NCSFA does not receive any commission on your sales.

N0TE: The NCSFA assumes no liability for the images submitted. Artwork remains the property

of the artist. NCSFA may use the images on our website for promotional purposes,

with credit to the artist. The NCSFA reserves the right to extend the exhibit
duration, though unlikely.

IMPORTANT DATES:

ONLINE DEADLINE for forms and payment: Tuesday, September 1, 2026

DROP OFF ARTWORK AT EAP: Thursday, September 10,11:00-12:30.

Please make arrangements for someone to bring your work if you
are unable to meet the allotted time slot.

PICK UP at EAP: Saturday, October 3, 11:00-Noon.
If you cannot pick up yourself, please make other arrangements
as no storage space is available

RECEPTION: Saturday, September 12, 2026, 4:00-6:00 pm.
EAP combines receptions for all the galleries on the same day.

Please bring friends and family!

TILE SALES/ Scholarship Fund will be part of our activities at the reception and the length

of the show. Please bring your tiles at take-in. Lynn Rehr collects,

stores and presents this artwork for our sales.
