This exhibition is an opportunity for all active members of the
NCSFA. If you are not a current member, you may join or renew
for $40.00 in order to participate. Only 2D works are eligible.
Submitted work must be original. (Previous NCSFA award
winning artwork is excluded). H

SIZE REQUIREMENTS: Art work IMAGE must be smaller than
12”on any size. Do NOT include the frame in this measurement;
frame should be of reasonable size. Direct any questions

No sawtooth hangers. Please see photos and directions on

JUROR: Vicky DeLong. Vicky has extensive experience in clay
building, book making, and fiber arts sculptures. She invites
everyone to visit her studio in Spanish Village where she is now
the Director of Gallery 21 in Balboa Park.
AWARD for Best of Show $100.00
1st, 2nd, 3rd and Honorable Mention ribbon awards will be
announced at the reception and artists recognized on our
website.
FEES: $25.00 and $5.00 for each additional piece up to 3 may be
submitted. Entry fees must be paid by the online deadline of
December 2, 2024. Submit your fees and entries online only at:
NCSFA.org. Entry fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS: your name, title of piece, size,
medium, and price. NO photos necessary. All entries that meet
criteria will be accepted.

SALES: EAP charges 20% commission on all sales during or as a
result of the exhibit. Sales are handled by the EAP staff; you will
receive your portion from them (usually at end of month). NCSFA
does not receive any commission on your sales.

NOTE: The NCSFA assumes no liability for the images submitted.
Artwork remains the property of the artist. NCSFA may use the
images on our website for promotional purposes, with credit to
the artist. The NCSFA reserves the right to extend the exhibit
duration, though unlikely.

DATES TO REMEMBER:
ONLINE DEADLINE: Monday, December 2, 2024

DROP OFF ARTWORK: Thursday, December 12, 11:00-12:30pm at EAP.
Please make arrangements for someone to bring your work if you
are unable during the allotted time slot.

PICK UP at EAP: Saturday, January 4, 2025, 11:00-Noon
If you can not pick up yourself, please make other arrangements
as no storage space is available.

RECEPTION: Saturday, December 14, 2024. 4:00-6:00pm.
EAP combines receptions for all the galleries on the same day.
Exhibits include “Summation”(poetry and art), the artist in the first
gallery room in the back, and NCSFA in the second room and
large wall.
Be prepared for a crowd, especially during the holiday season,
which is wonderful for all of us. Exposure to the public, sales,
and general festive mood are part of the fun.

TILE SALES/ Scholarship Fund will be part of our activities at the
reception and the length of the show. Please continue to create
those lovely tiles. We will have more tiles available at the Holiday
Potluck on Saturday, December 7 at Oasis. 11:30-2:30
