NCSFA MEMBERS SHOW
August 11 - October 6

THEME: “SUNNY DAYS in SAN DIEGO”
This is an exhibit opportunity for all members of NCSFA. If not a current member, you may join
or renew for $40.00 to participate at NCSFA.org

Only 2-D, ORIGINAL works are eligible. Limit of 3 paintings per artist.
SIZE PREFERENCES: No work smaller than 12” or larger than 32” on any side, frame included.
NO sawtooth hangers.

NO digital images required. All entries accepted ( with approval by church representatives).
DEADLINE for REGISTRATION: JULY 31. Please enter your sign up information on our
website: number of entries, name, title, size and medium. Labels will be made from this list. NO
prices will be listed on label per church rules.
ENTRY FEE: a donation of $25.00 per artist; NCSFA donation will be given to the church at the
close of the show.

AWARDS: Best of Show—$100.00; 1st, 2nd, 3rd place and Honorable Mention —ribbons
SALES: arranged by artist with buyer

PICK UP at church: Monday, OCTOBER 7, 9:00-10:00 am

RECEPTION:
Sunday, August 11, 10:30-12:30pm
***Hand painted tiles will be on display during the reception. Although no sales may be made in
the church, we hope to offer them for sale at the Presbyterian Preschool Art and Craft Fair
October 11 and 12, following the close of our show. Details TBA.

NOTE: we will need more volunteers to help sort, hang and assist at take in and pick up as well
as reception and setting up the Tile Table. Please pitch in and help those who have already
offered. You are appreciated!
