INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO PAY:

Cost is $40 for members and $50 for non members

2. Click the Pay Now button. After you complete the payment process (you may have to wait several seconds) you will be automatically be sent back to this workshop page. Please fill out the form below.

3. Scroll down as you fill out the form and click Submit. You may be asked to authenticate.  Check your email inbox for both confirmations.
